Privacy Policy
Updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what PRIMEPEAK INC. ("PrimePeak", "we", "us") collects when you visit primepeak.io, book a call, or subscribe to the development service sold there, and what we do with it. The apps PrimePeak publishes have their own privacy policies, reachable from each app.
1. Who we are
PRIMEPEAK INC., 4936 Yonge Street, Suite 515, Toronto, ON, Canada, M2N 6S3. Questions about this policy go to info@primepeak.io. We answer within 30 days.
2. Visiting the site
2.1 The site is static pages served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare's network records the usual server data for every request, such as your IP address, the page requested, your browser type and the time, to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we set no cookies of our own; Cloudflare may set the cookies its security features need.
2.2 If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation, and any customer relationship that follows, needs it.
3. Booking a call
The booking calendar on the site is provided by Cal.com. When the calendar loads, Cal.com receives your visit, and when you book, Cal.com collects your name, email address, time zone and anything you type into the booking form, and sends it to us. Cal.com may set its own cookies. Its policy is at cal.com/privacy.
4. Subscribing and paying
Payments, invoices and the customer portal are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address, card details and, where tax applies, your location and tax status. We see your name, email, billing address, invoices and the status of your subscription; we never see your full card details. Stripe uses this data to process payments, calculate tax, prevent fraud and meet its own legal duties. Its policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
5. Being a customer
5.1 Your request board. Requests, questions, answers and deliveries live on a private board provided by Trello (Atlassian). You and any teammates you invite create an Atlassian account to use it, under Atlassian's privacy policy at atlassian.com/legal/privacy-policy. We keep your board for 90 days after your subscription ends, then may delete it. Ask earlier and we delete it sooner.
5.2 Your code and accounts. To do the work you give us access to your repositories, services and accounts. We use that access only for the work, keep any credentials in a password manager, and stop using the access when the work ends or you revoke it. Data belonging to your users stays in your systems; we do not copy it out except where a request needs it and you have agreed.
5.3 Tools we use in the work. We use development tools, including AI-assisted tools, that may process the code and written material you share, under the providers' business terms. We do not share it with anyone outside the work.
6. How we use what we collect
To provide the Service, reply to you, bill you, meet our legal and tax duties, and keep records of the relationship. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.
7. Where data goes
PrimePeak is in Canada. Cloudflare, Cal.com, Stripe, Atlassian and the tools we use are based in or process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards. By using the site or the Service you accept that transfer.
8. How long we keep it
Correspondence and customer records for as long as the relationship lasts and for 7 years after, as Canadian tax law requires for billing records. Booking data for as long as Cal.com holds it, and in our calendar for one year. Request boards for 90 days after the subscription ends.
9. Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@primepeak.io. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California have the additional rights those laws give them, and we honour them. We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
10. Children
The site and the Service are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We post changes at primepeak.io/privacy with a new date at the top. Significant changes are also announced to subscribers on their board.
